Shipping and Returns

  • Processing time

    Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Without delays, parcels should arrived after 5 business days.

  • Fees

    Shipping is free after 30$ ! We ship only within Canada at the moment.

  • Returns

    For hygiene purposes, we do not take returns. If it truly wasn't worn, please give it to someone else, or donate it. Shoot us a text and we'll take care of you.

  • Sizing

    Our sizing measurements are approximate. If you're between 2 sizes, please choose based on leg thickness and fit preferences.

  • Washing & Drying

    You can wash underwear with other delicates. Under proper care they shouldn't break and will hold their shape well. Please dry under low heat.

  • Longevity & replacements

    Under proper care, these should last you for a good few years. Personally, I'm on year 2.
